Roky Solutions LLC is an independent on-site installation and hardware setup contractor. We are NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, or an authorized customer support center for any router or networking hardware manufacturers.
1. Hardware Non-Affiliation Declaration
Roky Solutions LLC is vendor-neutral and independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized agents of:
- NETGEAR, Inc. (Nighthawk, Orbi)
- TP-Link Technologies Co., Ltd. (Deco, Archer, OneMesh)
- Linksys Holdings, Inc. (Velop, Atlas)
- ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (ASUS ROG, ZenWiFi)
- Amazon.com, Inc. (eero)
- Google LLC / Alphabet Inc. (Nest Wifi)
- ARRIS / CommScope, Motorola, Ubiquiti, or Cisco.
2. Non-Affiliation with Internet Service Providers (ISPs)
We are NOT an Internet Service Provider (ISP), nor an agent of Comcast Xfinity, Charter Spectrum, AT&T, CenturyLink, Cox, or Starlink. We provide physical setup of hardware inside your premises and do not manage external provider infrastructure.
3. Zero Online Remote Tech Support Notice (Google Ads Policy Compliance)
In strict compliance with Google Ads policies on third-party consumer technical support:
- Roky Solutions LLC does NOT provide remote desktop screen-sharing, online computer diagnostics, remote password reset assistance, or phone repair subscriptions.
- Our services consist exclusively of physical on-site appointments, in-home hardware unboxing, mounting, Ethernet cabling, and local Wi-Fi calibration.
