1. Acceptance of Terms & Business Model

By scheduling an in-home service appointment with Roky Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these binding Terms & Conditions. Roky Solutions LLC operates strictly as an independent in-person installation and hardware setup contractor. We do NOT provide remote desktop tech support, online computer diagnosis, or software helpline subscriptions.

2. Services Provided & Scope of Work

Our technicians perform physical on-site installation, mounting, cabling, and localized configuration of consumer routers, mesh Wi-Fi satellites, and range extenders.

• Included: Physical positioning, unboxing, power connection, router-to-modem cabling, Wi-Fi SSID and WPA3 security setup, extender synchronization, Ethernet wall plate termination, and on-site signal verification.
• Excluded: Structural wall demolition, electrical high-voltage wiring, external ISP line repair, internal circuit board soldering, or servicing pirated network equipment.

3. Customer Premises & Appointment Access

The customer agrees that an adult (18 years or older) will be present on the premises during the appointment window, provide safe access to modems and electrical receptacles, and confirm active internet service from their ISP.

4. 30-Day On-Site Workmanship Guarantee

Every paid in-home installation includes a 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee. If persistent wireless dead zones or cable connection issues occur within 30 days of the visit, our technician returns to adjust equipment at zero additional labor cost.
