Roky Solutions LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates as an in-home hardware setup and network installation service provider. We collect only information necessary to schedule, confirm, and complete on-site technician visits:

• Contact & Dispatch Data: Customer full name, phone number, email address, and physical residential or business service address in order to dispatch field technicians.
• Property & Hardware Details: Residence type (single family, multi-story, apartment), router/extender equipment models, and specific Wi-Fi dead-spot areas.
• Transaction References: Service appointment booking fees processed securely through encrypted third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
• Strict No-Remote Policy: Because we do NOT provide online remote desktop control or virtual troubleshooting software, we never access, view, or record private computer files or remote desktop feeds.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data strictly under valid legal bases: contract fulfillment (dispatching technicians to your home address), legal tax obligation, and legitimate interest for arrival confirmation texts.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We never sell, monetize, or rent your personal address or contact information to advertisers, marketing brokers, or third parties. Data is shared strictly with assigned field technicians and secure payment processors.
